Zacateros Street # 56-A, Downtown Area, San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato
Half Day Parade
Departure from the meeting point
We explore a group of cattle ranches located west of San Miguel
The main canyon of the region, the Cañada de la Virgen / Coyote Canyon, crosses the area we cover
In the cavalcade we discovered ranches, meadows, canyons and rivers; the landscape is extraordinary
The cowboys of the ranch accompany us and share with us their anecdotes and their wisdom of the flora and fauna of the place
We advance through the bottom of the canyon, to the dry stream, where we will have several opportunities to gallop (whichever they choose) as we continue their course
We rest to refresh ourselves and walk a little before returning to our horses
We go up the impressive rocks of the canyon and from the top of the cliffs we will have the opportunity to rappel (optional).
Finally, we will be waiting for a delicious traditional homemade meal. The menu includes fresh cheese and organic beans from the same ranch, quesadillas, nopales, rice, fresh sauces, guacamole and salad, among other typical dishes

As far as footwear is concerned for riding, any closed shoe is fine. Sneakers or tennis shoes are perfect. The thinner the better, to keep your foot from getting caught in the stirrups.
Do not wear crocs, clogs, sandals / flip-flops or anything that could fall easily.
As for the riding clothes, long pants and jeans are ideal. We offer helmets if requested in advance.
People with spinal injuries, drunkenness or pregnant women can not do the activity.
